you and your inhalers- Patient Survey

YOUR INPUT IS VERY WELCOME!

The UK Inhaler group in conjunction with Imperial College

London are undertaking a study to explore patient’s views relating to inhalers
and their use.

If you have been diagnosed with asthma and use at least one inhaler
we would welcome your input. The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to
complete and you can do this via a questionnaire online.

We would like to understand your opinions relating to five
key areas and your opinions will be used to inform priority areas for the future
in terms of policy advice and in shaping of future care for patients with
inhalers.

Your responses will be anonymous and cannot be attributed
directly to you but your input will help and have a direct effect on care for
people with asthma  and individuals who use inhalers going forward.

Once the study is completed, the results will be
made available on the UKIG website for you to view. if you require a personal copy of the full
